This commission was officially inaugurated on the 26th of June 2022 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and is led by God’s chosen vessel, Pastor Dr. Raf Otono and his wife Pastor Bukky Otono. Virginlight Global Church is a unique ministry with a clear mandate God has entrusted in our pastors’ hands to liberate and reveal the real identity of men and women across the globe through the Light of Christ, as many have become lawful captives, even in the house of God. Pastor Dr. Raf is graced with a rare insight into God’s Word to simplify and amplify it to the edification of the saints of God for knowledge, wisdom and power. He was called to transmit and transport the Light of Christ such that this great light will deliver captives and the oppressed from darkness.
