This programme is about the practical application of the Bible, Christian way of life. We apply spirituality to everything and forget that we, as human beings, also have a part to play for God to bless us physically. God will not do for a man what a man has to do for himself. Unless we see God as facilitator and not peeformer, we will not receive his blessings from above. After all, his 'word is only settled in heaven' (Psalm 119:89) and not on earth. We have to make it settle on earth.

The Weight of Unforgiveness
We find it very difficult to forgive those who sin against us. The truth of the matter is that we suffer more than the sinner if we choose not to forgive them. We put ourselves in prison for the sins of others when we choose not to forgive them. Forgiveness is a choice, but it is a healthy and therapeutic choice that heals the body, soul and spirit.
